In the manufacture and repair of cardan shafts, we have implemented efficient diagnostic, disassembly and assembly technologies for the installed parts. This technology consists of the following phases:

Cardan shaft take-over and general integrity and performance inspection.
2.
Cardan shaft cleaning (degreasing, washing or sandblasting).
4.
Presentation of the most optimal cardan shaft repair solution and commercial offer to the client.
5.
Once the offer is accepted and approved for execution, the damaged and worn parts are replaced and mounted.
8.
Painting and lubrication with special greases.
9.
Final inspection according to the drawing or sample.
